Elegant First Floor Kitchen Remodel & Custom Marble Island
$50,000 - $100,000 in 2022
This stunning first-floor kitchen remodel perfectly balances timeless elegance with high-performance culinary functionality. By utilizing crisp, all-white custom cabinetry accented by striking two-tone hardware, we created a bright, inviting space anchored by breathtaking White Persian marble countertops. The integration of the homeowners' existing premium appliances alongside a brand-new, top-tier articulating faucet and custom stainless steel accents resulted in a flawless, chef-ready kitchen that serves as the true heart of the home.

A Bright & Inviting Culinary Center
The goal of this first-floor remodel was to elevate the kitchen's aesthetic while maximizing its functionality for cooking and entertaining. We started by installing premium Showplace Cabinetry with a sleek, full-overlay Lexington door style. Finished entirely in crisp White II, the cabinetry creates a beautifully bright and airy feel that complements the warm hardwood floors and the soft blue tones of the surrounding walls. To give the classic white kitchen a modern, custom edge, we selected striking two-tone cabinet pulls, the warm brass edges and dark, knurled centers add the perfect amount of texture and visual interest.
Luxurious Marble & Custom Tile Details
The undeniable centerpiece of this kitchen is the White Persian marble countertops. By opting for a bold, 2-inch mitered edge on the island, the natural veining of the stone becomes a striking focal point for the entire room. To complement the marble without overwhelming it, we installed an Emser Omni Hexagon glossy ivory tile backsplash. Rather than stopping at the cabinets, our team took the tile all the way to the ceiling behind the stainless steel Wolf hood, drawing the eye upward and giving the space a truly custom, high-end finish.
Professional-Grade Functionality
We know that a kitchen must work just as hard as it looks. We seamlessly re-installed the homeowners' premium existing appliances, tying them together with a new Wolf stainless duct cover and a custom 304 stainless steel floating shelf perfectly positioned above the range for quick access to cooking essentials. The cleanup zone was completely upgraded with a 32-inch Ruvati workstation sink, paired with a stunning, highly functional Brizo Litze articulating faucet, proving that thoughtful, high-performance details are what truly complete a luxury renovation.
