A Breathtaking Waterfront Retreat

When a home boasts a stunning view over the water, the outdoor living space needs to be designed to capture it perfectly. For this project in the Robious area, our goal was to build an expansive, elegant deck that felt like a natural extension of the home while providing a front-row seat to beautiful waterfront sunsets. By designing a custom, multi-angle layout that wraps seamlessly around the home's rear architecture, we created a sweeping outdoor platform perfect for everything from quiet mornings to grand evening entertaining.

Premium TimberTech & Azek Craftsmanship

Because this deck is entirely exposed to the elements and sits right along the water, utilizing high-end, weather-resistant materials was an absolute priority. The entire foundation and surface were constructed using premium TimberTech and Azek composite decking. This top-tier material provides the rich, luxurious look of real wood without the constant need for staining, sealing, or heavy maintenance. To ensure the breathtaking views remained the star of the show, we enclosed the deck with a sleek, black metal railing system. The dark, thin balusters naturally fade into the background when looking out over the lake, preserving the unobstructed sightlines.

Evening Elegance with Custom Lighting

A truly great outdoor living space shouldn't lose its appeal when the sun goes down. To elevate the ambiance and functionality of this deck, we seamlessly integrated a custom low-voltage lighting system. Beautiful post cap lights were installed along the entire perimeter of the railing. As twilight sets in over the water, these lights cast a warm, elegant glow across the TimberTech decking, enhancing safety while creating a luxurious and inviting nighttime atmosphere.
