Custom 4-Track Screen Room and Complicated Roofing System
The centerpiece of this new backyard retreat is the expansive sunroom addition. To provide the ultimate flexibility between a screened-in porch and a protected living space, we installed floor-to-ceiling 4-track windows. These versatile panels can be easily adjusted to let in the breeze on a beautiful spring day or closed tightly to keep out pollen and inclement weather.
Tying this new structure into the home required navigating a complicated roofing system. Our team expertly integrated a sleek, modern standing seam metal roof over the screen room, seamlessly blending it into the home's existing architectural lines. We also incorporated large skylights into the vaulted ceiling to ensure the space remains incredibly bright and inviting. To complete the indoor-outdoor connection, we installed a premium Provia sliding glass door, providing a grand, energy-efficient transition from the interior of the home to the new porch.
TimberTech Decking and Belgard Paver Patio
Stepping out from the 4-track room, the homeowners are greeted by a highly durable, low-maintenance TimberTech composite deck. Framed by sleek TimberTech metal railings, this open-air platform preserves the backyard views and provides the perfect transition space for grilling and relaxing.
From the deck, wide steps lead down to a stunning custom patio built using Belgard Origins pavers.
